I’m not sure that I would return if it were not for how nice and helpful my technician was. The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful but I found Chris to be very cold and focused on cost. Rather than try to help me figure out the issue, the discussion was led by diagnostic analysis and pricing alone. I waited for an hour (not too bad, usually) and was the only person waiting for service. The technician was very nice and explained exactly what went wrong. Overall, very much 3/5, I know customer service is greatly appreciated by me, as a corporate woman coming into a mechanic’s shop. I did not feel comfortable and probably wouldn’t return but grateful for the fair assessment made on my vehicle, I definitely paid for it! 3/5 Chris called me back, concerning my 3 star review. I appreciated the call, and it was explained to me that his only negative reviews come from discount tire customers, who are often not used to a more comprehensive (and expensive) alignment. He also explained that his technician untwisting my brake line was “free”, and not included in the $155 I paid. I thanked him and wanted to make known on here what a kind service Chris and his team did for me by untwisting my line for free. Thanks again!
