First Impression was with initial phone call to TLS and I spoke with Chris, he informed me of the steps that needed to be taken and he was very genuine. The work done on my car was of great quality and I'm pleased with the result. TLS Motor works is great and I will be seeing them again if I have any other issues

TLS started with an overall assessment of the vehicle and noted what items needed immediate service versus what was less urgent but something to keep an eye on. Each item had a quoted price. One major item was a hit or miss on whether the attempted repair would work so they advised us to wait for the less urgent items until we could be assured the major fix was successful. We appreciated that approach rather than getting as much money as possible for things that may not be worth it. We will be returning with our other vehicles.

Great service! They changed my oil, battery, and brake fluid. Super easy and fast. They send pictures of anything they find so you can approve on your phone.
