TLS took great care of my Mazda - they were very honest, efficient, and friendly. Chris and the rest of the team identified the problem areas and let me know which repairs were necessary and which could be done later down the road. As a woman, many car repair shops try to take advantage of you, but everyone at TLS was honest, upfront, and made me feel very comfortable. They provided a lot of visibility into all the repairs and charged a fair price. Even threw in a car wash at the end! 100% recommend TLS.

I got a lot of work done on my 2007 Accord, Kenny and Chris, and all the staff I spoke with were very kind with me. They even suggested what I should wait on so I could save some money. When I told them my windshield wipers were still are making a noise, they said I could swing by and they make sure they adjusted them right. I really appreciate their great customer service and support.

Mr. Chris was such a pleasant person to work with. My 2019 Hyundai Sonata was broken into and I had been calling all around the city but no one was taking these particular brand cars. We took our 2011 Hyundai to TLS Motorworks for the first time recently because it just came out of warranty, and we'll definitely be back. Everyone we dealt with there was fantastic. We always got the sense that they were being straight with us. The software that they're using which itemized each thing they found, provided an explanation of the reason for the work and its criticality, and clear pricing for each was great. We used the chat feature to work through the pros and cons and ensure a few things are looked at that weren't initially on their radar. They didn't push us to fix anything that wasn't necessary and also told us that we could deal with some issues at a later date and that it would cost the same later than it would when they dealt with everything else right now. They did the work in a professional manner and reasonably quickly, all things considered. By the time everything was over, they addressed more concerns in a better way than the dealership would have and for less. We hope it will be a long time before we need more work, but when we do we're definitely taking our car back here.
