I was looking for an honest, reliable person to work on my Infiniti G35 and was referred to TLS Motorworks. Chris diagnosed the problem and, since it is a 20-year-old car, found a few issues. A couple of them were safely related, which he recommended that I get fixed. The other, more expensive issues were ones he did not recommend that I spend money on, since it is an older car. I got the safety related issues fixed and I appreciated his honesty in advising me not to spend money on other, higher cost issues. He recommended that a better investment would be to put that money on a newer car instead. He also advised me as to which types of cars would fit my needs, offered to give me his opinions on a car when I found one I liked and also do a complete check of the car before I bought it. Chris provides great customer service, has very reasonable prices, looks out for his customers' interests and is honest and reliable with no high pressure tactics. I would highly recommend TLS Motorworks. I think they work on most cars.

The TLS team is a pleasure to work with. I’m a long time Prius hybrid owner who is grateful for finding a motor vehicle repair shop that really knows my vehicle inside and out. They tell you up front what needs fixing and how much it is going to cost. They say what they are going to do and do it in a timely manner with expertise. Hybrids are special vehicles that deserve the best and that’s what you will get at TLS.

I recently had a 2015 Camry Hybrid diagnosed at TLS and was assessed a 250.00 fee for this. The fee is not applicable to the repair should you have work done. There is no mention of this expensive diagnostic fee on their website nor was I informed in advance. I would not recommend TLS. Make sure you get anything from them in writing. Beware of TLS. Chris was my service tech. He is one to watch closely. God as my witness.

Great service. Fast, professional, and transparent. Chris at the front desk does an awesome job. I love that they send their customers a list of the recommended repairs and allow the customer to choose what work they wanted to complete. Very transparent.

Wanted to give an independent shop a new try and ended up doing $4000 of repairs on my Honda CR-V with TLS. I had quoted with Honda dealer and not only was dealer more pricey but they quoted a non-damaged repair. TLS properly diagnosed and repaired exactly what was wrong. I definitely will bring future service here. Communication was good. Repair was correct. Pricing not the cheapest but not the most expensive...more or less in-line with independent shops but cheaper than dealer. Furthermore they didn't nickel & dime on unnecessary repairs. Support a local business that prides itself on work with engaged owners. I didn't feel pushy on charges and let me decide what to repair. I also asked for some advice on models of cars they recommend for least repairs as my next replacement. (never hurts to ask shop for their experience). He also gave some advice on must-do repairs and other repairs that can be delayed so that was good to discuss as well. If new definitely give them a chance as I did. I do hope service, and quality, continues to excel over the coming years since auto owners need more businesses like this. Repairs were: -Rear Struts and bearings -Intake valve (corroded) -Starter (very finicky that took a few days to reproduce issue) -Alignment -Fuel induction service (older car needed it) -Diagnostic fee (this is a separate line item. Dealers usually include this as a deal but trust me the dealer isn't giving this away for free with all the upcharges)

TLS Motorworks were wonderful to me. Fair pricing, great communication. Would recommend!
