Worked with Ian for a pre purchase inspection (Tesla) Very nice, punctual, knowledgeable team. You get what you pay for here (great service) and you can tell they take pride in what they do! This will be my spot for all car needs moving forward.

Ian, Timothy and everyone @ TLS Motorsports are top-freakin’ notch! In addition to the services listed they also got my brakes squared away. When I arrived for my 9:15am appt, there were three ladies getting served which I learned they were traveling from NC, broke down, called a tow truck and the tow driver actually recommended the ladies to TLS! TLS is my new, trusted and dedicated mechanic!! You will not be disappointed!!

Ian and Tim were exceptional. We were visiting ATL for 2 days and our car Broke down. Fred, from TSA towing, helped us out at 7:30am and recommended them. We arrived they diagnosed our issue and it took 2-3hrs to fix. Ian thoroughly explained what was wrong with our car (battery and alternator defective).They are empathetic and courteous. I recently called TLS Auto Works when my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid check engine light came on. I had brought it to the Hyundai dealer and was told The EGR valve needed to be replaced and was quoted $2600 ($2,200 for labor since it is a tough part to get at).. I spoke to Ian at TLS and he encouraged me to go back to the dealership or Hyundai Corp to seek a “goodwill repair” since I was the original owner and had kept up on all recommended services, even though I was 13.000 miles over the warranty period. Ian took the time to look up my service records and offered to help with the claim if the dealership wouldn’t. Thanks to Ian’s advice, I contacted Hyundai Corp and they reviewed my case and agreed to cover 90% of the cost. I truly appreciate Ian and TLC Motor Works for taking the time to help me when they had nothing to gain except helping me save $2,300. Thanks again!!

HUGE rave for TLS. Was visiting the area on business and had an unexpected issue with a major BMW repair I had just had completed with a shop in my hometown. I called broken down & Ian was phenomenal. He text over the name and phone number of a towing company, followed up to make sure I had actually been able to arrange the tow, the team was waiting when we arrived and had me car in the back within 5 mins. The hospitality/customer service during this extremely stressful time was TOP NOTCH! The office and service/bay are impeccable. Everything is meticulously clean and organized. All of the mechanics and service team were very knowledgeable & provided very thorough details. My quote was sent with pics/videos with full transparency and explanation. TLS has a courtesy shuttle, they offered to get us to a rental car or hotel whatever we needed to make the situation less stressful. The owner, Kenny was there supervising all work being doing. The ENTIRE teams worked together from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left to get the job done and us safely back on the road. Even received a follow up call to verify we made it home safely and everything was well. Very pleased with ease of making appointment, welcoming environment, explanation of recommendations. Very surprised at pricing. $105 for an oil change and $110 to replace my air filter? I picked TLS to get away from exorbitant pricing so may need to rethink.
