I went to TLS in Chamblee instead of going to a shop near me in Douglasville because I had a hard time finding a shop that did warranty repair, hybrids (toyota) and that could take my car in a day or two without making an appointment into the the next week [yippee Pandemic magic] It took a week to get my car back. Pandemic back up? Car came back to me with ac working and the alignment being fixed. I only had to pay for diagnostic tests, alignment and got a full look over aside from the ac. It cost a bit higher than I would have liked to paid but as this is my first hybrid and i was not yet confident to do the work with it needing a possible warranty repair replacement. I think if I would came in without a warranty they still would have just fixed the harness connection without trying to get me to buy a new inverter.

Chris came highly recommended by my son. Chris provided a report that was very detailed of the items needed for my car. Though I was not pleased with the prices, I decided to tackle the items in priority of what was most urgent first. Once picking up my car, and driving it, I will say that I’m pleased with the services and professionalism provided. I will return for future repairs. 👍🏽

I have an infinite G37 convertible and was having trouble with the roof. Other than the dealers, most mechanics can’t help with the roofs. I stopped in on Monday just to see if they might be able to help. Carter listened to my problem and then went to talk to her husband Ken. He stopped what he was doing and came right out to take a look. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! Great family business! They work on all Japanese cars - even hybrids!

After my wife hit a granite curb in Atlanta we worked with Chris to repair and align our 2014 Mercedes and after inspecting the damage he referred us to another shop because the front end damage could not be fixed with just an alignment. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous and although our repair needs exceeded their scope, he helped us locate a shop that could do the repairs. I would not hesitate to use this shop again.
