A reputable, knowledgeable and great service garage for your car at a fair price is an incredible find. I have done other garages and the dealership, and I have to tell you these folks are the real deal. If you plan on keeping your Toyota for a long time, this is the place to go. I went in for regular maintenance for the first time and I admit, my almost 11 year old car just runs better. Chris who was my main contact was professional and personable, and explained everything. If you are a person who understands value, TLS is your place. If you are a person who questions pricing, and I’m not judging, go to the dealership first. You’ll find value, doing business with integrity and great service at TLS.

This was the third mechanic we consulted to try to find the cause of the car sloping to the right, jerking, and having the feel of two blown tires on the right. In spite of the profoundness of the problems, the first two shops could find nothing wrong with the car. But TLS found the problem - horribly worn struts - and replaced them. They were the struts on the car when it was purchased in 1996! How the other shops couldn't find this, I don't know, but the car now rides as though it's on a cloud. I was on the verge of giving up on repairing this great Toyota, which otherwise was still going performing beautifully. Thanks to TLS, I don't have to face that day anytime soon. I could not recommend them more. They saved my 1996 Corolla when the other shops didn't have a clue. Thank you, TLS!

Customer service was great, service provided was quicker than expected and great. They even gave her a wash for me. The after hours drop box was a huge bonus. I will definitely return whenever needed.

TLS was recommended by six (6) people on NextDoor so I called and made an appointment for routine maintenance, a tire leaking air and some kind of engine leak. I have a 2010 Toyota Camry with 230,000 miles. I’m always skeptical of a new mechanic because I know nothing about cars. Wow, I’ve never been to an auto shop that was as clean, organized and professional as this one! After a comprehensive inspection, they sent me a detailed list of items noted via email and Chris assisted me with selecting the most pressing preemptive (just barely) repair. Car repair is all smoke and mirrors to me but the car is driving beautifully now. ❤️ As an aside, the waiting area is creatively and professionally paneled in cedar and smells wonderful. 🙃 Also, if you love trains (like I do) you can sit on the bench outside and see Marta and cargo trains going by. ❤️ If you’re a little adventurous and steady on your feet, you can walk to the Whole Foods shopping center. 😊 It was a good auto shop experience.

Wow!! Chris and TLS Motorworks really saved my skin! My 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid gave me a warning about the hybrid system and then coasted to a stop on the middle of rush hour traffic on Clifton in front of Emory. When I called the tow truck I asked them to take it to the closet shop I knew worked on hybrids, but when I called to give ‘em a heads up, they said they only worked in Toyotas. When I called the nearest dealership, they said they were taking new appointments 2 months out! The next place I called ALSO said they only work on Toyotas…you can imagine my stress as I was pacing on the side of the road not sure where to take my dead Kia. The last place iI called recommended TLS Motorworks. Chris answered the phone and was thorough, clear, and careful to set appropriate expectations. He followed up when they got I got he shop the next day to let me know they’d received my car. Within a couple hours, I received a text that took me to a webpage with all the recommended repairs they suggested including the main issue that caused my car to die. Chris called me and walked me through, the suggested repairs and we settled in the repairs I wanted. I have him the number of my warranty without much hope that they’d cover much if it and he got 75% if the repair of my main relay repair covered ($2800 value)! They communicated well throughout the repair process and had me back up and running by the end of the week. I’m taking my car back to them for an alignment after I get new tires because I trust them to do a thorough job and ensure my car will be set to run optimally. I wear my new TLS Motorworks hat with pride! Thanks!!
