I’ve had a variety of work done here, usually routine maintenance, sometimes unexpected work. I love their communication and their online platform that goes through and shows what they’re looking at to get the diagnostic conclusion they’re coming to. They’ve been great about notifying and keeping track of some things that will need to be handled in the future but not necessarily immediately pressing. Overall they’ve provided the best communication I’ve ever gotten from a shop which I think goes a long way. I also really like their drop-off / pickup flexibility. Especially being able to pay through the online portal so pickup can be after hours. Overall they do great work in a timely manner, communicate well and honestly. And I would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

This was my 1st service with this establishment. I am beyond pleased. I had brake pads and rotors. The cost was within my budget after an extremely expensive quote from the Lexus dealership. I also received extras meaning my battery cables were cleaned and also a messy oil spill left by the dealership a few days earlier was cleaned up. I definitely recommend this establishment as everyone was really friendly and communication was awesome! No more squeaky brakes for me!!

Chris and Kenny always make the time to answer my questions, and help me figure out the best solutions, plus they're fun to chat with. Carter has actually given my wife a ride home when we didn't have the time to line up transportation. Plan on doing business with them for a long time👍🏼

I had a great first experience at TLS Motorworks. I originally took my car in for an AC fix, and they caught several things I was unaware of. After receiving my estimate via text (very convenient), I was able to approve or deny the services. There was open and clear communication about everything that was being done on my car; I was even able to text the actual technician working on my car. I will be using TLS Motorworks for all my future car repairs! Shoutout to Chris for the great customer service!
