"Exceptional" is the first word that comes to mind when I recall the experience that my mother and I had with TLS Motorworks. To make a long story short my mom is now 80 years old and her nearly new 2020 Kia has been very problematic ever since she first purchased it. To say the dealerships have been rude to her and difficult to work with would be a severe understatement. THEY'VE BEEN HORRIBLE !!! I found TLS on the net and from the minute we arrived both Chris and Christina rolled out the Red Carpet for my mother treating her with both dignity and respect ! Chris is a storehouse of knowledge and made sure that every service we had discussed by phone previously was performed thoroughly and in a timely fashion. To end I so appreciate these guys and their integrity driven way of doing business. I'll make sure from now on that my mothers vehicle is worked on and serviced exclusively by TLS Motorworks .. THANKS Y'ALL !

I bring my Prius here for regular service and the occasional repair. I wait in the lobby, so I see how the TLS staff interact with one another and customers. These are good people who know their car stuff and treat people well.

Finally found a Nissan mechanic. Had been going to the dealership and finally found someone who recommended a local Nissan mechanic. Won’t be going anywhere else now. Highly recommend TLS.

I was purchasing a used Honda CRV. It was in excellent condition but I wouldn’t buy it without TLS checking out the engine! They were able to fit me in the next day! I’m a happy new Honda owner!
