Went in as a first time customer for a tire alignment. Everyone was very friendly and professional with a rough quote up front. They got all 4 tires aligned in under an hour and gave me the report showing the before and after. I will be going back to them.

Found TLS online after doing a Google search. After reading the positive reviews and the specialized experience they possess with Hybrid Hyundai and Kia vehicles and speaking with Chris I had my Hybrid Sonata towed here for a diagnostic inspection to determine the issue and not have to wait 6 weeks for an appt with local dealerships. My car was inspected within the time promised. I received a detailed inspection via txt including pictures as well a follow-up call to discuss. The professionalism, the communication and the overall customer service here is excellent.
