I was looking for a new place to get service done on my Honda CRV. I'm so glad I picked TLS Motorworks! I called to make an appointment, talked to Chris and he was very helpful. They are very automated and efficient. They send a text with a link that shows what items are fine on the car vs items that need attention. It's straightforward and easy to communicate with them. I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely give them my business!!

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion that Toyota dealership had given me about an oil gas pan leak, valves and front axels and said would cost me $2100 which thought was super expensive. I hadn't noticed any oil leaks on the ground or smelled any burning oil or seen smoke and I get my car serviced as expected so I just wanted to make sure what Toyota was telling me to do was the truth. Turns out it was BS and thanks to TLS I didn't spend anywhere near that! TLS explained that it looked like a service rep spilled oil all over my engine and that is why it looked like a leak but when TLS tested it they couldn't find anything to support Toyota claim. Anyway Chris and his team were great, communicated well, sent pics and I'm glad I got a 2nd opinion and car is running smoothly! TLS even washed my exterior for me as a bonus 😊
